The Spectacular Places Of Bhutan

Thimpu
One of the popular capitals of the country, Thimpu is built in traditional styles and decorated with Buddhist symbols. The administrative centre of the Tashicho Dzong dates to the 17th century is most popular here. The golden-spired is the memorial place was constructed 1974 to the remembrance of third King - Jigme Dorij Wangchuk. The National Library, Textile Museum, Bhutanese souvenirs in the street, shopping and so on are other highlights of the city.
 
Paro Valley
The beautiful Valley of Bhutan, situated along the Paro Chu River with rice fields, many historic dzong's and pine-covered hills . The famous and holy Taktseng Monestry in Bhutan lies on a cliff (900 m). Drukgyal Dzong ( Victorious Fortress), Ta Dzong (the National Museum), Kyichu Lhakhang (ancient temple) and much more are another popular attractions of the city. There the Paro festival is celebrating every-year in springtime brings a gaiety atmosphere to the town. 
 
Punakha
located in a sub-tropical valley at eastern Bhutan, reached from a spectacular way of Thimpu or Paro through the Dochula Pass (3,050 m), which offers stately looks of the eastern Himalayas. There the Punakha Dzong dates to the 17th century, situated on the confluence of two rivers, which including several inner courtyards, golden spires and tiered halls. Nearby the beautiful sacred temple, Cimi Lakgang Monastery is built in the 15th century by the 'Mad Monk' - the Lama Drukpa Kunley.
